The Facts:The 2nd Amendment, ratified more than 200 years ago, says that "a well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Our Forefathers most likely hunted. Guns don't shoot themselves. Criminals don't listen to laws insisting that they disarm themselves.
