I apologize, I have been absent for over 48 hours and my google reader is filled with blogs I need to read.  I had a busy weekend.  We hosted a birthday party/slumber party for our oldest daughter complete with relay races and dancing competitions, nail painting and movies, pizza and cake (not to mention all the snacks needed to make a slumber party a success).  Anyways, I am lame and haven't posted anything about it.  Tomorrow.  As for now, I leave you with this fine video documenting the tale of the "Broken DVD Player."

I love how she just admits it, then tells you you're welcome. Snort.

My oldest would have confessed. My youngest would have lied through his teeth.

Ow! :grin
That's better than when my younger son used mini pads for house slippers... and even better than the time he decided to make toast in the top-loading VCR player.

Awesome find!

My boy plays with the CD player all the time. Maybe I should look inside to make sure nothing is in there...just in case. :grin

I feel your pain. My son used to fill up our sub-woofer with ball-pit balls.

I don't know what a "porker chip" is, but I'm sure getting hungry!

She's so funny. I find it hilarious that she admitted it so openly. And how she said poker chip. :D

Yep, I had a similar incident - but it was old school.

It was a cough drop in the VCR. Apparently, the little one thought the VCR needed to feel better.
